MSM is a dually registered corporation in California and Nevada States. Our securities are registered with SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) under Security Act 1933 file # 021-66199. We specialized in doing business in the Global Marketplace. MSM Imperial Investment Group is an international company that has offices and legal representatives worldwide. The major international office is located in Rivne Ukraine. Other legal representative offices are in Azerbaijan, France, Germany, Russia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. MSM Imperial Investment Group is involved in Worldwide Trade of various commodities, including Wheat, Sugar, Lumber, Leather, Aluminum, Copper, Crude Oil and Oil by-products as well as many types of construction materials such as Re-Bar, Round Bar as well as Billets of numerous sizes, Cement (Portland 42.5) and finally Agricultural Fertilizer such as Urea (N. 46.2) agricultural grade and organic fertilizers. MSM Imperial Investment Group also actively pursuing Real Estate investment opportunities. There are many other projects that we are currently working on, the new industries that we are looking in to, are manufacturing and constriction.
